In my second volume of hymns, poems, sonnets, etc., I have included more hymns that refer to the change of attitude in our society, and the need to empathise with the distressed. The first volume was more evangelical in tone. Nevertheless, it must be remembered that faith without actions is not enough, nor are deeds without faith. Beryl Davies
